Two men and a woman from Enfield have been charged with modern slavery offences:
Martin Slovjak, 41, Jiri Cernohous, 44, and Monika Daducova all of Durants Road, Enfield, have been charged with:
– Holding a person in slavery or servitude.
– Arranging or facilitating travel of another person with a view to exploitation.
– Money laundering
All three have been remanded in custody to next appear at Southwark Crown Court on 21 November.
In addition, a man in his forties [D] has been arrested under EAW in the Czech Republic. He remains in custody in the Czech Republic.
Six individuals have been referred to the National Referral Mechanism (NRM) for further support.
