Two women have been stabbed in Greenwich and a teenager has been tasered by police after making threats to a teenage girl.
Two women have been stabbed within minutes of each other in Greenwich today, a teenager was arrested for threatening a teenage girl with a knife at Cutty Sark. It is not known if these incidents are related at this time.
Police were called at around 3.26pm on Tuesday, August 27 to reports of a stabbing at a residential property on Norman Road.
At the scene, officers and paramedics found a woman in her 40s suffering from slash wounds. Her condition is not life threatening or life changing.
Police were called to nearby Thornham Street to a report that a woman had been stabbed. Officers attended and the victim was taken to a hospital with a slash wound; this is not believed to be life changing or life threatening.
Officers attended the Cutty Sark scene and arrested a man, aged 18, on suspicion of attempted murder and possession of an offensive weapon.
